The next iteration of my Lower Development 1.0 program that I released in 2023. This program was designed for anyone who's looking to push their limits and grow their glutes and lower body! This program is perfect if you're in a calorie surplus and have plenty of food in your daily nutrition to recovery and see muscle growth. Everything you've been looking for in a lower body building program is finally here. This program includes both 4 and 5 day options.
