Full Body Advantage

This full body split will help you master building muscle, strength, and technique, and have your training structured out to make the most out of your time! This program is built into two phases. Phase one is a full-body, systemic program to improve conditioning and body composition. This means you'll split half the body into training days. You'll train 4 days per week for 4 weeks. Phase two is the strength and muscle-building phase. You'll train 4 days per week for 6 weeks.
